The ABSN track is designed for applicants who want to make a career change to nursing and have at least an associate degree or equivalent or a bachelor’s degree in another field of study. The ABSN can be completed in as few as 16 months of full-time study.
The DEMSN track is designed for applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree in any academic major looking to make a career change to nursing. It can be completed in as few as 20 months of full-time study and will prepare you to take the NCLEX-RN exam to become a registered nurse. The DEMSN program is held on campus in our New Braunfels and Houston locations, with the first DEMSN Houston cohort starting Fall 2025.
