Texas Lutheran University’s Houston campus is located in northwest Houston off Highway 290 and Beltway 8/Sam Houston Tollway. Houston is a diverse and vibrant city with a booming job market and many attractions including the Johnson Space Center, the Museum of Natural Science, and three professional sports teams – the Texans, Rockets, and Astros. It’s also surrounded by several local parks which make it easy to get away and spend some time in nature. Our state-of-the-art Houston campus offers our 16-month Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN), and starting in Fall 2025 our first cohort for Direct Entry Master of Science in Nursing (DEMSN). Both programs include more than 944 hours of hands-on clinical training which is significantly higher than the average number of hours required by most nursing programs. You’ll learn from experienced practitioners who will provide you with a solid foundation to build on as you transition into your new career.
